Quit Smoking in 2016
Make 2016 the year you finally quit smoking. SmokefreeVET is a free text messaging program to provide daily support, advice, and encouragement to you when you want to finally quit smoking.
You are most likely to be successful quitting when you take smoking cessation medication and receive counseling either in person or by calling a quitline. Using a text messaging program with counseling and medication can improve your chance of successfully quitting smoking.
