COVID-19 Walk-in Vaccination Clinic
 
Time: 12:00 PM- 4:00 PM (EST)
Location: West Haven Campus, 950 Campbell Avenue, Firm B, Bdg.2, 2nd floor
 
Veterans must be enrolled for care with VA in order to receive the vaccine.

Key Information for Attendees:
  • Pfizer vaccine will be administered to enrolled veterans at this clinic.
  • Availability is first come, first served.
  • Enrolled veterans should arrive no earlier than 11:45am.
  • Vaccine is available for enrolled veterans ages 50-years-old and up.
  • Essential workers enrolled for care with VA are eligible for vaccine.
  • Mask and physical distancing required.
  • To maintain physical distancing, if possible, patients should not bring anyone to the clinic.
  • Enrolled veterans vaccinated at this clinic will receive the second dose on Saturday, March 13.
